The Hudson School

The Hudson School tries to offer financial aid to all students who require it. However, due to limited funds, we require that parents who wish to apply for tuition assistance to complete the School and Scholarship Service (SSS) application.

Families applying for tuition assistance for the 2010-2011 academic year must complete an SSS (School and Student Service for Financial Aid) application by February 15.  (It generally takes SSS at least two weeks to process the application.) A copy of the application and all supporting tax documentation must be in our hands no later than March 1.

Noncustodial and parents with joint custody must complete separate PFS applications.

Children from the same family applying for financial assistance may be listed on the same form.

Applications may be completed online.  www.nais.org/financialaid/sss <http://www.nais.org/financialaid/sss>

When completing forms, please follow these simple procedures and respect the deadlines indicated.

Send original copy of the application and $24 by February 15 to:

School and Student Service for Financial Aid
SSS PFS (ETS)
P.O. Box 371478
Pittsburgh, PA 15250-7478

Send copy of SSS application & copy of 2009 tax returns by March 1 to

Notification of tuition aid grants will follow.  Late applications will only be considered if funds are available. Priority will be given to families of current students, after which new families will be considered. Upon acceptance of the grant, parents will be expected to remit a non-refundable deposit of $750 to hold a child's place in the school for the 2010-2011 academic year.
