Applications for the Middle School are accepted through February 1. Applications for the High School are accepted through December 31. The first step of the admissions process is to take our Admissions Test. There is a $50.00 fee for the test and registration is required. Students unable to make the posted test dates should make special arrangements through the admissions office. Before the test is taken, the parent and student should read the Taking the test section.
After we receive the test results, we will ask you to help us determine whether our program is suited to your needs and abilities. You will be asked to provide us with the following items:
• Your student application and a $50.00 processing fee. This application is to be filled out by the student.
• The parent supplement to the application which should be returned with the student application.
• Recommendations from a minimum of two teachers, including a math teacher and a language arts or English teacher. The Hudson School will provide you with recommendation forms for your teachers.
• A recent report card or transcript from your present school.
• A copy of your most recent Standardized Test Scores.
As soon as all of the above documents have been received, we will invite you to visit and conduct an interview with you. Due to the limited number of openings at each grade level, please do not delay in providing us with the information we need to make our final decision.
Once accepted, applications for need-based financial aid will be made available.
